Having been in the car business in another life, I loath car shopping. In fact we've restricted ourselves mainly to Porsche because I still know a few people at the local dealer and we don't have to deal with product ignorant salespeople and pushy managers. I recently bought Maserati Levante from Maserati of Washington. From the time we entered the show room we got very good feeling. Al made me and my family members feel at home. Al took us for a test drive and explained features of Maserati Levante. We went for Levante test drive twice and Al let the car speak for itself, no cheesy sales pitches were made. All of the staff was honest and upfront about everything, which was my first sign that this was going to be a good experience. I got there and was greeted by Al, who made me feel at home. We recently leased a 2019 Maserati Levante from this dealership. Al made a normally stressful experience very easy. He was a real pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Knowing that our special needs daughter isn’t very patient, Al, Kevin, and Fernando had everything prepared ahead of time. The 3 of us were in and out in about 20 minutes. Hands down the easiest and most stress free car buying experience ever! We will definitely recommend them to our friends!

Al was very patient with us as we took a long time to decide while we looked at competing makes and models. We are exceptionally happy and had a small service item with a couple of tires that the dealership took care of without any problems. Highly reccomended dealer and sales representative. Very efficient and knowledgeable people. The process has been very smooth thus far. I still have to receive my tag, registration, and confirm that my CPO is in the Maserati service system. Al Meer went out of his way to make me feel comfortable at the dealership and get me on my way quickly so I could start my drive back to Atlanta.

Great service from the entire staff from Brian Latimer to specifically James pollack. They do all they can for me from the technicals to a timely turnaround. James always follows up and keeps me abreast of any noted changes or discoveries during the diagnostic stage. Maserati of Arlington is currently renovating their dealership which means service has to be completed at alternative locations in VA. The Arlington team always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The customer service is outstanding. I have purchased my 2015 Ghibli S Q4 from this dealership. I had a fantastic experience during the sales process with Mr. Walker. Since my purchase, I have brought my Ghibli for service a few times. Something I did again recently. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Honestly, I was came "only" to test drive, because I was undecided between a caddie CT-6 and one of the Jaguar models. The Ghilbli beat out the Caddie in performance and style and I never made it to the Jaguar dealer after test diving the S Q4! Jayden was very knowledgeable and informative. I've had cars since the '70's, but never was the process as easy and quick as it was working with Jaden and the Maserati Staff!
